The Cove at Otter Point

The Cove at Otter Point is outdoor living at it’s finest! Directly off the kitchen/dining area, the large main level deck features four luxurious loungers to soak up the sun while enjoying the sweeping views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains by day and the star filled skies by night. The lower level patio also has a lounger and comfy chairs for two.

On either level, we have telescopes to help watch for passing whales, sea lions and seals as well as resident eagles.

Nearby Otter Point Regional Park also offers trails to the rocky shoreline and the perfect spot to view the sunset. It’s a short 15-minute drive to nearby China, French and Mystic beaches with lots of opportunities for hiking and cycling and 20 minutes away is Jordan River with some of the best surfing on the west coast.

You host MaryLou and Eric have always dreamed about having a vacation property on the water and when they spotted this beauty for sale in the summer of 2018 they jumped on it! Built in 1976 and renovated again in the ‘90’s, this baby was ready for a major facelift.  With the help of an amazing local contractor and my passion for construction and interior design, we completed a 3500 square foot renovation in 6 months and are ready to offer it as a luxury short term vacation rental.  They would like their guests to enjoy the amazing views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains from a comfortable, well appointed home with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and special.

They plan to retire here one day but in the meantime, their blended family of five children and four grandchildren are happy to share The Cove at Otter Point with their guests from all over the world.
