Description

I am dedicated to selling your home or finding you that dream home you are searching for. I expect those who choose to work with me, to know that at all times their best interests are also mine. I am a strong believer of the old adage “What comes around goes around”. My actions today, the choices I make on my clients behalf affect all of us tomorrow. I furiously protect my client’s interests and the trust they have placed in me and still manage to benefit all concerned. I find joy in making a difference in people’s lives. You are invited to browse my website and call or e-mail me with any questions you have about buying or selling a home in the lower Vancouver Island area. I enjoy the Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, Duncan Area, Sooke, Metchosin, Langford, Colwood, and Victoria areas.
Buying a home?
Your satisfaction is my top priority! I will take the time to listen to your needs and desires and help you find your dream home or property. I would like to share my knowledge of the areas around Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, Sooke, Metchosin, Langford, Colwood, and Victoria areas. I enjoy Duncan and the outlying areas like Youbou and Lake Cowichan, I have been known to go up to Port Alberni on occasion, and love Bamfield.  I like meeting with you and then sitting down with pen and paper to discuss what your needs are for your dream property. Then we go find your property. Dreams are my specialty!
Selling your home?
I will get your home sold for top dollar and in a timely manner. My on-line and offline marketing programs give me the edge needed to make this possible. Selling is something I do very well; I may have sold your house before. I have an excellent rapport with my fellow peers. I will put my expertise to work for you. When you list with me to sell your home it will be as a team effort. I will listen to what your requests are and implement them for a wonderful selling experience. My preferred areas of selling are around Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake, Sooke, Metchosin, Langford, Colwood, and Victoria areas, and for special clients Youbou, okay Bamfield too!
